What is AUTOMATED PASSWORD RESET?
APR is a solution that allows employees and/or customers users to automatically reset passwords over the phone, without speaking to a live agent.

How does AUTOMATED PASSWORD RESET work?
The user calls the APR application over any telephone, provides a short voice sample, and quickly receives a new password, spoken over the phone. The entire process is automated, with high-quality voice prompts. Nuance’s Verifier voice verification is used to confirm the user’s identity.
