| Bob Wise manages all aspects of Dictaphone Healthcare Solutions. He previously served as Senior VP of
Worldwide Services, including the speech industry's leading professional services organization, the technical support and training
business, and the Dictaphone healthcare business. Bob joined the company in August 2004 and is a dynamic executive who has
established a successful history of executing strategic initiatives across multiple businesses and industries. His leadership
skills have driven significant growth and expansion in numerous organizations, including ThinkFree, USWeb, Novell, USConnect
and others. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Puget Sound and has served as a representative to the
World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

| Peter Durlach — Senior Vice President, Marketing and Product Strategy, Dictaphone Healthcare Solutions |
| Peter Durlach has a track record of moving high scaleable, enterprise systems based on speech recognition software from the
drawing board into the market. He has worked in various roles focused on marketing and business development within the healthcare
industry and has been leading marketing and product strategy for the Dictaphone Healthcare Solutions division since 2006. In his
career, Peter was a founding member of Unveil Technologies, Inc., was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for the
Healthcare Solutions group at Lernout & Hauspie (L&H), and held management positions at Articulate Systems, Inc. and Audiological
Engineering Corporation (AEC). Durlach holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.

| Guido Gallopyn — Vice President, Dragon Research and Development |
| Guido Gallopyn has 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry with a track record in both software and hardware
development with a specific focus on speech recognition. In his career he has proven ability to lead multifunctional, international
and distributed research and development teams ranging from 20 to 150 people. Guido has been at Nuance since 2001 where he manages
the Dragon R&D/Healthcare Engineering Department, which develops specialized speech recognition system and application software.
In his career, Guido has held positions at Lernout & Hauspie Speech Products, Barco, Spinnov, GTE-Atea. He holds a degree in
Communication Technology and Applied Electronics from Rijksuniversiteit Gent (RUG) Gent, Belgium.

| Edward Rucinski — Senior Vice President, Dictaphone North American Sales |
| Edward Rucinski brings more than 15 years of management, sales and resource experience to Nuance, where he manages a team of
over 100 people in Nuance’s largest single business unit, Dictaphone Healthcare Solutions. Edward is a veteran of Dictaphone sales:
since 1991 he has worked with the company in various roles, beginning his career as a district sales manager. He previously held
vice president roles at Dictaphone in the corporate development group, clinical solutions group and worldwide sales. Edward has
been a member of the President’s Club at Dictaphone every year since his inception in 1991.
