Veriphy Sync™ Makes Updating Directories a Snap

Veriphy Sync ensures that Veriphy's clinician contact information is always as up-to-date as the hospital's information.

This Directory Synchronization Service, enables hospitals to synchronize their internal clinician and medical staff databases automatically with the core Veriphy Directory. In other words, whenever a hospital updates its clinician directory, Veriphy Sync almost simultaneously and seamlessly updates the directory information in Veriphy. No duplication of effort. No delays. No chance for "errors in translation."

Hospital IT managers love Veriphy Sync because the web-based feature integrates easily with the hospital's information systems, and like Veriphy, requires no additional investment in software or hardware. The hospital simply pays a one-time license fee for access to the enhancement.

How it Works

Vocada customers connect to the Vocada Veriphy network over a secure, VPN connection. Customers submit real-time changes to the Veriphy Sync™ engine, which validates and confirms all changes before updating the Veriphy Directory.
