Discovery and Design Service

Our services provide both discovery and design to help customers develop solutions that meet their requirements and to plan for a successful implementation. This service usually consists of three assessment meetings that occur between Dictaphone specialists and the customer’s key team members prior to system installation:

  • Discovery meetings
    Operational, technical, and process review with the customer to determine system design and project workflow
  • Basic project coordination
    Scheduling and risk mitigation to ensure quality delivery of product
  • Customer Specific Documentation
    Statement of Work, technical discovery, interface specification, system design discovery

This service helps customers identify the optimal configuration of their solution—from workstation to enterprise-wide server. The service includes an in-depth technical and operational review. Specific attention is paid to current workflow and integration with existing systems.
