Once the optimal solution design and configuration is determined, the Implementation Phase begins. Here, we work with the Customer Team to implement the solution that meets your specific business objectives.
This service addresses the performance of detailed project management activities: scheduling of Dictaphone resources; daily and/or weekly communications and reporting with project team; and providing a single point-of-contact.
Each engagement deploys a Professional Services team – which may include a Project Planner, a Project Manager, an on site Trainer, and one or more specialists. Each team member has the both authority and experience to meet your needs. Team resources are deployed when needed throughout the engagement, ensuring project objectives and deadlines are met.
