Dictaphone's service contracts are as valuable as our products themselves. For information related to your existing pre-purchased Assured Performance Plans or Software Maintenance Agreements, call our Service Support Center weekdays, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. eastern time, at 1-800-228-1210.

Please complete a request form and "submit" it to request service for a Dictaphone Product. A qualified Dictaphone Customer Service representative will contact you to determine the nature of your call. If we can not resolve the issue remotely, we will schedule a Customer Field Engineer to visit your facility. Charges for this service depend on product warranty coverage, pre-purchased support and (APP) coverage.

• Depot Repair
  Recognizing that rapid growth in laptop and hand-held technology has created a significant need for service and warranty support to a new breed of mobile professionals, Dictaphone responded with its Depot Repair capabilities. We offer a single source mail-in Depot Center solution repairing, refurbishing, and remanufacturing many brands and types of equipment in our state-of-the-art facility.
  
  Our Depot services include A+ and Microsoft® certified technicians. Our 130,000-sq.ft.high-tech facility provides the platform for rapid turnaround time with uncompromising quality. Products serviced via the Depot Repair program include Portables, Desktop systems; Connexions Telephones (Dictate Station, C-Phone) and Optic Mics.   This Service Request process is only available during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm eastern time. If a request comes in after these hours it will be processed the next business day. All service requests received during normal business hours will be processed promptly. If this is a system emergency or requires immediate attention, please call 800.833.7776.

Note: There has been a change in the way Dictaphone will be servicing the Model 0421 C Phone. The units will now be repaired in Melbourne, FL at our Depot Repair Center.
