A qualified Dictaphone Support Engineer will contact you promptly to determine the nature of your call. If we can not resolve the issue remotely, we will schedule a Customer Field Engineer to visit your facility. Charges for this service depend on product warranty coverage, pre-purchased support and (APP) coverage.

When we receive this request, you will be contacted for clarification, if needed, and you will receive a "reference number" to identify your request in subsequent interactions.
