Beyond the local support provided to customers by the Service Representatives, there are other channels for direct communications with Dictaphone through established support functions.
- Customer Account Management Center - CAMC
The Customer Account Management Center offers one unified voice to the customer, where all non-technical inquiries are directed to the appropriate individuals. This centralized resource for customer inquiries, including all day-to-day contact with Dictaphone's sales offices, is available toll-free at 888-483-6266.
- Request Management Center
This is the call path for initiating Depot product repair, Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern time. The Request Management Center is the call path for customer Depot product repair inquiries and is accessible to customers at 800-677-7928. Here, calls are answered by trained professionals who have immediate access to complete information on each customer as well as individual system configurations, including past service history.
- Customer Support Help Desk - CSHD
The Customer Support Help Desk maintains 24-hour coverage, providing direct product operational assistance and first-level corrective action. The Customer Support Help Desk is the place for customers to call with technical questions - either in response to a problem, or simply when assistance is needed. This organization can offer assistance via remote on-line connectivity for many systems. And is available by calling 800-833-7776.

From initial installation through the life of the product, Dictaphone offers a solution that is backed at all times by both advanced technology as well as people. Virtually all of Dictaphone's digital systems offer remote diagnostic software resident within the system and linked to its S.O.S. Alert Response Network, which automatically performs self-diagnostic procedures. If a potential problem is indicated the system will automatically call Dictaphone's Support Center and transmit the alert indications. The Support Center will then advise the customer of the alert, initiate a service ticket and communicate the specific alert data to our Customer.
