AFAS Connector for eCopy ShareScan

The AFAS Connector for eCopy™ ShareScan® lets you attach scanned paper documents directly into you AFAS Profit / AFAS Online environment. Scan paper documents and relate them to your clients, suppliers, employees or any of the other twenty available destinations supported by the AFAS connector for eCopy™ ShareScan®.

Now you can synchronize your organization's AFAS Profit / AFAS Online dossier items and destinations by the click of a button. Decide what items should be available to the users on a per profile basis and chose amongst available destinations and extra fields. Support of the eCopy™ ShareScan® Document naming functions permits flexible file naming options with or without user input, as well as default or static file names. Use a predefined service account to let the user interact with AFAS Profit / AFAS Online without supplying its own credentials or let the user authenticate in the client.
