With the Alchemy Connector for eCopy ShareScan, hard copy documents are quickly converted into digital files to be stored in the Alchemy Document Management system. Document profiling information and any Alchemy attributes are entered at the eCopy-enabled scanner or digital copier/MFD. Documents can be sent directly to the specified location within the Alchemy system for storage where it is immediately available for retrieval by authorized Alchemy users.

Now, Alchemy users can easily include paper documents in their digital workflows and supporting document lifecycle management processes. The Alchemy Connector for eCopy ShareScan OP is directly integrated with Alchemy functions, assuring customers that eCopy-created image files will be stored, indexed, and managed consistent with their existing document management procedures.
