DigitalOne WebCoding Connector for eCopy ShareScan

With the DigitalOne WebCoding Connector, hardcopy medical records can be quickly converted into digital files at an MFP for distribution to medical coders working remotely. Patient-specific information & the receiving Coder Queue can be selected from the eCopy-enabled device by authorized users. Scanning & submitting the patient chart after selecting the required information submits a copy of the chart to DigitalOne for storage. It also triggers the DigitalOne workflow engine to alert the “coder”.

Coders work from their respective queues in DigitalOne to access the chart. All chart access is secure & audited for HIPAA compliance. DigitalOne can be deployed at customer site or hosted at the Itxtend data center.
