The DocRecord Connector for eCopy ShareScan enables batch-scanned & single-scanned documents to be either automatically or manually deposited into this advanced & easy-to-use document management system. Indexing information for the scanned documents can be automatically generated from DocRecord’s OCR engine, or manually input from the eCopy touchscreen. OCR can be full page, zonal (selected data regions), or barcode. Cover pages can also be generated by DocRecord & then scanned to auto-generate indexing information and instructions.
