Hands On: eCopy ShareScan Suite is Powerful Scanning Software for Companies
Help us improve eCopy!
The Open GI Connector for eCopy™ ShareScan® enables your multifunction printer (MFP) to scan directly to your Open GI file structure and store your file instantly. Using a single-screen interface at the MFP, the Connector lets you scan documents to client or policy areas within the Open GI system for insurance brokers. Simply enter the client code and the Connector interface will automatically display the existing folders in the associated account. Then you can enter a policy code and file number or proceed directly to scan. You can even create new folders automatically when specifying the client or policy and the Connector will automatically establish the required Open Attach folder structure for you. The intuitive interface helps make selections as you type to speed up the process and boost productivity. Connector installation and administration couldn’t be easier; install the software with a few clicks, configure the root Open Attach folder location, set access privileges, and activate within eCopy ShareScan on all appropriate MFPs.
