ISS’ Connector for eCopy ShareScan to Ricoh’s eCabinet® enables quick conversion of hard copy documents into digital files for storage in eCabinet’s repositories. Document indexing information and any document management system specific attributes are input at the copier and sent directly to the specified location within eCabinet’s repository for storage and retrieval by authorized users. The eCabinet user may now easily include paper documents in their digital workflows and in supporting document lifecycle management procedures.
