StapleWare® Connector for eCopy ShareScan

The StapleWare Connector for eCopy ShareScan allows a direct connection from the eCopy ShareScan to DocuWare File Cabinets so that paper documents can be scanned directly to a DocuWare File Cabinet using the eCopy-enabled digital copier or scanner. All registered file cabinets that the user is authorized to use will be available. A DocuWare Recognition template may be utilized to read information from the scanned images. Users may also enter index data directly to the fields of the selected file cabinet. The StapleWare Connector acts as an interface between your copier/scanner and your DocuWare document management system.
