Execution Support

Viecore FSD has been lead developer on several programs that have redefined the role of execution monitoring and control in the 21st century. Viecore FSD served as the lead developer for the Battle Command Support Environment (BCSE), the prototype that was created to support DARPA's FCS C2 program and was then extended to support dismounted operations under the follow-on Multicell and Dismount Command and Control (M&D C2) program. The BCSE is a state-of-the-art execution monitoring system designed to monitor and control forward elements of the Objective Force, resulting in reduced staffing requirements.

Rich Bormann, Director of R&D for Viecore FSD, was a co-author on Dr. Alexander Kott’s book, "Battle of Cognition", which explores the challenges and opportunities of information-rich warfare and the mind of the commander.
