Maintenance Agreement Information Request
Nuance's Healthcare Maintenance Agreements are as valuable as our products themselves. A maintenance agreement for your product ensures that it will be maintained in an efficient operating condition for the term of the contract. Maintenance Agreements include Nuance application software upgrade maintenance, which provides you with the comfort of knowing your system is running with the latest software revision.
Maintenance Agreements options that are available for purchase include the following:
- Remote Only Technical Support 24 hours / 7 days a week. Onsite support is available on a Time and Materials charge basis.
- Onsite Service 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Includes 24 hour Technical Support via Remote Access.
- Onsite Service 24 hours / 7 days a week, including holidays. Includes 24-hour Technical Support via Remote Access.
- Depot Repair for Walkabout Digital Portables, Connexions Telephones and Desktop Dictation /Transcription devices
