Solutions Provider Partnership Levels

The Solutions Provider Partner Program has two levels of partnership

• Gold Certified Partners are the premier level of the Solutions Partner Program, and have access to resources and support they need to be prominent in the marketplace and aggressively grow their business. Partners at this level have the opportunity and are expected to build the closest working relationship with Nuance through activities like joint sales & marketing initiatives. They will receive the highest level of benefits, and will produce the highest revenue.
• Certified Partners represent a high degree of competence and expertise with the Nuance product line. They have access to many of the resources and support programs needed to grow their business, including phone-based sales support. Nuance Certified Partners who express a desire to move toward Gold Certification will be managed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements Overview

Initial Requirements (Gold Certified Partner & Certified Partner):

• Completed Nuance Partner Application
• Copy of Tax Exempt/Reseller Certificate
• Signed Agreement (includes non-disclosure agreement)
• Purchase Starter Kit ($995, plus S&H, and applicable taxes; non-refundable)
• Includes: Not for Resale copies of Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional and Legal Solutions, OmniForm Premium, OmniPage Pro Office, PaperPort Pro Office, and PDF Converter Pro; Plus, Dragon NaturallySpeaking Partner Training Class for one person
• Secure purchasing ability with distributor of choice
• Attend Training Class (offered monthly in various locations)
• Pass Online Certification Exam (passing score is 85%)

Gold Certified Ongoing Requirements:

• Annual Purchase Quota (minimum $100,000 Dragon NaturallySpeaking sales; based on reseller costs to purchase Dragon NaturallySpeaking from distribution)
• Provide Sales Reports on quarterly basis (provide forecast, summarize current & anticipated marketing efforts, sales, and other related activities)
• Provide Technical Support to End Users
• Attend new release trainings (offered via web and/or live)
• Recertify with release of new version (Cost is $500)
• Provide link from Gold Certified Partner Web Site to Nuance Web Site
• Must have a minimum of (1) Certified Employee on staff (employee who has taken the training and certification/re-certification exam for Dragon NaturallySpeaking)
• Provide a minimum of (2) case study candidates annually

Certified Ongoing Requirements:

• Annual Purchase Quota ($20,000 Dragon NaturallySpeaking sales; based on reseller costs to purchase Dragon NaturallySpeaking from distribution)
• Provide Technical Support to End Users
• Attend new release trainings (offered via web and/or live)
• Recertify with release of new version (Cost is $500)
• Provide link from Certified Partner Web Site to Nuance Web Site
• Must have a minimum of (1) Certified Employee on staff (employee who has taken the training and certification/re-certification exam for Dragon NaturallySpeaking)
