Customer Service can help customers find the software product best suited for their needs and offer pricing for individual purchases; we can process credit card and check orders, for purchases of up to four (4) units. Nuance offers a thirty-day money back guarantee for the purchase price on Nuance desktop products. Customer Service will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for return. The thirty-day timeframe for returns begins on the date of purchase. Proof of payment (such as a receipt) is required. Please allow 6-8 weeks for refund to be applied. If a product has been returned on an RMA number, Customer Service will be happy to check the status of the refund. - Rebates

Customers who have installed Version 10 may locate their serial number by going to: C:\Program Files\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking10\Ereg and opening the ereg.ini file; near the bottom of this text file is the serial number—look for a line starting with “Ser Num=”. - Can I obtain a new serial number or previously

Each copy of Dragon NaturallySpeaking is licensed for use by just one person. When you purchase a genuine copy of Dragon NaturallySpeaking, you become a licensed user and have purchased the right to use the software. It is against the law to give copies to friends and colleagues or to sell copies of the software to others. The unauthorized copying and using of software is called piracy.
Each copy of Dragon NaturallySpeaking must be activated prior to use. This helps us to discourage the piracy of our software and protects our customers from the risks of illegal and fake software. In addition to potential viruses, pirated software does not offer the support, warranties and updates received with genuine copies of Dragon NaturallySpeaking. Unfortunately, this process doesn't stop all software piracy. Some people continue to sell fake or illegal copies of Dragon NaturallySpeaking, particularly through Internet storefronts or online auction sites.
Since there are many legitimate online retailers of Dragon NaturallySpeaking, it may be difficult to spot online piracy.
