He is credited with reviving California’s rich and varied culinary heritage by blending fresh California ingredients and classical French training. Wolfgang’s innovative style of cooking has been enjoyed and praised by world leaders, Hollywood stars and fellow chefs alike. Now you can experience it first hand in this 1½ hour cooking class with lunch.

The class will begin with a brief history of Wolfgang Puck the chef, the evolution of the cuisine and an overview of the restaurant’s “Live, Love, Eat!” philosophy. The Executive Chef will then lead the team in demonstrating some of Wolfgang Puck’s signature dishes accompanied by lunch, which will incorporate the dishes and recipes presented.
