SYDNEY, August 29, 2002 - Fuji Xerox Australia announced today that it has extended its distribution agreement with ScanSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: SSFT) to include ScanSoft's OmniForm Premium® 5.0 software to accompany the full range of Xerox Document Centre systems. Under the new agreement, Fuji Xerox Australia can now offer ScanSoft OmniForm Premium 5.0, along with ScanSoft PaperPort® and TextBridge® software solutions, to enable optimum network scan-to-desktop capabilities with Xerox Document Centre systems.
