Working with Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business

Use these commands for menu control and navigation in Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business.

You can also use Dictation commands. For more information, see Dictation commands.

To click a button or menu item:

Say one of the following:

  • "Click Groups"
  • "Click Status"
  • "Click Relationship"
  • "Click New"

To open menus:

Say "Click <menu name>".

For example, "Click Show Menu".

To select a menu item:

Say "Click <menu option>".

For example, "Click Meet Now".

To move around a conversation:

Say one of the following:

  • "Line Up"
  • "Line Down"
  • "Page Up"
  • "Page Down"
