Potential Configurations

Upon successful completion of the Self-Evaluation, a vendor may choose to participate in one of several advanced testing tracks.  These tracks include testing in a virtualized environment, testing as a remote application using Citrix and the vSync feature, and a track in which Nuance works with the vendor to optimize the Dragon experience.  A vendor may elect to participate in one or more of these tracks independently. 

The Partner listed below worked with the EHR Vendor and created the resulting collateral for certification.

Optimization

Personalized, collaborative engagement in which we evaluate workflows within a specific EHR to maximize the user experience.
During optimization the creation of some of the following documentation: Workflow Diagrams; Customized Training; Custom Templates and Voice Command sets.
The Partner or Vendor maintains support for the workflow, training, commands and templates.

Virtualization

Test in environments where Dragon and/or the target applications run virtually
A White Paper is written by the Partner/Vendor stating the results, requirements and limitations of using Dragon
with the EHR in the environments tested.

VSync

The Dragon Medical 360 | Network Edition is required and running on the desktop with the vSync feature being used in Citrix exclusively.

with the EHR in the environments tested.
