- Analyze run-time log files to isolate and resolve deployment issues
- Describe and use available tools for troubleshooting deployed systems
- Isolate problems to the correct Nuance component
- Resolve common MRCP-related issues
- Determine whether a deployment problem is with Nuance software or platform software
- Retrieve configuration and version information for each product

| Prerequisites |
- Completion of Installation and Initial Configuration: Enterprise Foundation Technologies
- Basic knowledge of web browser functionality
- Familiarity with command-line interfaces and commands for Windows or Linux
- Knowledge of the telephony platform and MRCP client installed independent of the Nuance products
- Knowledge of any configuration required by the partner platform for use with Nuance software
