Developing With Nuance Dialog Modules

This course explains OpenSpeech DialogModule™ (OSDM) functionality and architecture. It demonstrates how OSDMs are used in building VoiceXML applications. OSDMs incorporate good user interface design. Participants explore different type of OSDMs and focus on the configuration parameters available to customize the OSDM user interface and functionality. The course will show how to dynamically configure OSDMs for use in particular system or application contexts. The course instructs on creating a CustomContext OSDM grammar for flexible application-specific recognition. The course ends with advanced features, best practices, and troubleshooting tips.
