Nuance - Training - Course Detail

This course will familiarize attendees with the advanced administration tools of the SpeechAttendant application such as: schedules, menus, SpeechAttendant interface, entry points and more recording tools. This is a 3 hour webinar class using Adobe Acrobat Connect Meeting tool. This course will be offered approximately once every month. Once registered, you will receive an email invitation with the meeting details. Please begin the logon process about ten minutes before the beginning of the training, as some software installation might be necessary. • Present advanced concepts of the SpeechAttendant system • Familiarize attendees with the advanced administration tools of SA • Manage and maintain the SpeechAttendant customer application

This course is intended for SpeechAdministrators who wish to further develop their SpeechAttendant applications.

1. Defining Schedules 2. Introducing VUI design • Creating Menus • Reviewing best practices for greetings and prompts • Introducing VUI terminology 3. Configuring SpeechAttendant Interface 4. Configuring Port Groups and Entry Points 5. Defining advanced prompt recorder functionalities

• Managing the Speechattendant (Basic parts 1&2) Course material required: • System Admistration Guide version 9.
