| Objectives |
By the end of this course, participants should be able to do the following for each Nuance product listed above:
- Describe its core functions and architecture
- Install its software
- Set up licensing, when necessary
- Generate, locate, and analyze log files during installation testing
- Troubleshoot common installation and configuration issues
- Describe and use tools available to verify or troubleshoot installations
- Determine whether installation problems arise from Nuance software or platform software

| Audience |
|
Technicians who install Nuance products for use via an MRCP interface. This is a beginning level course.

| Prerequisites |
- Basic knowledge of web browser functionality.
