Managing Successful Speech Projects

This course provides valuable information to project managers and others involved in planning and managing speech projects. This course should be taken as early in the process as possible; ideally, before the project kickoff meeting. Classes are offered via the Web, in 4 hour sessions over 3 days. The engagement methodology of a speech project requires full understanding of what needs to be done at each stage to avoid problems later and maximize your potential for success. The course provides the real world experience, knowledge, and tools to manage the development of a speech-enabled application. We draw upon the experience and knowledge of the Nuance Professional Services team and use an interactive case study approach to teach the methodology and best practices for successful development and delivery of speech applications.
