• Dictaphone Walkabout 5210
  The Dictaphone Walkabout 5210 digital portable offers USB download and DSS (Digital Speech Standard) compression technology that lets you upload voice files to your PC or Laptop in seconds. This easy to use, professional high-end digital recorder has multifunction slide switch, clear LCD screen, intuitive menu options with softkeys, and standard MultiMediaCard expandable memory for hours and hours of recording capacity.
  
  Author ID is attached to voice files upon download. Features like Voice Activated Recording, Fast Playback, Dictate/Conference Mode, and Digital Insert mode provide seamless error-free dictation editing.
• Dictaphone Walkabout™ Ultra digital portable
  Manage voice files in up to eight folders. Digital Insert lets you record edits or comments directly at the desired location in the voice file for seamless playback.
• Dictaphone Walkabout™ Express digital portable
  Top-of-the-line digital recorder includes easy-to-use Thumb Wheel and slide switch and large intuitive graphical for maximum performance. Superior digital sound quality. Author ID, Location, Work Type and other important information can be retained and easily attached to dictation. Advanced compression technology allows minutes of dictation to be uploaded in seconds directly from the hand-held recorder to the StraightTalk NE system.
• Dictaphone GoMD™ (future release)
  Turns the Pocket PC into a high-productivity mobile dictation tool. An intuitive color touch-screen and large controls ease dictation. Simply use the GoMD PC Docking station to forward dictation to Dictaphone's StraightTalk NE system for processing and management.
• Dictaphone Telephone & Connexions® Phone
  Offers telephone dictation input from any touchtone phone. In addition, the Dictaphone Connexions® station provides control of record, rewind, play and fast-forward from the telephone handset, as well as a variety of other features including transcription, easily accessible throughout your organization.
• Dictaphone PowerMic
  USB compatible hand microphone and specialized dictation software lets you dictate directly from network-connected PCs. The advanced hand microphone includes easy controls for record, rewind and playback, as well as softkeys for additional functionality and control.

The StraightTalk NE system can be configured in three primary ways:

• Local Access
  In this simplest configuration, dictation is downloaded to the system from each author’s mobile digital portable recorder. Transcriptionists access voice files directly from the system—a system-connected headset and foot pedal provides local playback listening control.
• Telephone Access
  In addition to "Local Access", optional Telephone Access offers dictators the convenience of phone-in dictation from any telephone, as well as remote transcription access using Dictaphone’s Connexions® Station, which includes headset and foot pedal control and program keys for frequently used functions. For dictators, Connexions offers convenient handset control of all dictation functions.
  
  The system can be accessed simultaneously by up to four telephone users, for dictation/transcription.
• Network Access
  StraightTalk NE can also offer increased access as a "client" on your Local Area Network (LAN). In this configuration, multiple transcriptionists can log-on to the system from remote office locations, while dictators can upload dictated voice files from their Dictaphone mobile portable recorders at their PC workstations.
