Data Management
Viecore FSD has a long-standing relationship with customers in the Army's tactical command and control product offices. We have played a leading role in the development and use of data standards throughout all categories. Viecore FSD is at the forefront of design and development of data interfaces between data sources used in Joint and Coalition command and control systems across a variety of communications architectures.
Leveraging our experience in the development of centralized data storage, delivery, validation, and replication solutions, Viecore FSD leads the way in the application of new technologies to today’s dynamic battlefield. The emerging requirements of the Net Centric environment have encouraged developers to devise new ways to provide greater amounts of information to an increasing number of tactical systems. Viecore FSD is at the forefront in the design, development and integration of these highly flexible methodologies.
We continue to expand our role in the use and adaptation of products and technologies such as service oriented architectures, web services, data management products and data and information engineering (Joint Command, Control and Consultation Information Exchange Data Model [JC3IEDM] for example). We provide ongoing support to both Army unique efforts, as well as the Joint Community's Family of Interoperable Pictures (FIOP).
