If you would prefer to receive a physical copy of the updated application, rather than a download, you may order a new CD by calling 1-800-654-1187. The cost of a physical shipment is $9.95 to cover shipping, handling, and material costs.

Your current serial number is required for installation. You must be connected to the internet and first uninstall the current version of PaperPort Professional 11 using the Add or Remove Programs control panel under Windows before you install the update. Please consult the READ ME file included with the download and available through the main installer screen for more details on program changes and other important information.
