North America – 90 days from date of activation
Europe, Middle East, Africa – 180 days from date of activation
Australia, New Zealand, India, China, Japan and other Asia Pacific countries – 180 days from date of activation.
After the expiration of free telephone support per the schedule above, customers may elect to purchase continued product telephone support. In all cases, your statutory rights are not affected.
