Uncompromising data protection
Your patient data is safe in our hands. Patient Identifiable Data (PID) is removed from the dictation recording before it leaves the Nuance hosted environment and is never presented to the MTS. Once the document is completed by the MTS and sent back to the Nuance hosted environment the PID is added back into the transcribed document finally received by the client. In addition, our data centres are configured with a redundant, fault-tolerant infrastructure so you always have the secure access you need.
