Mr. Talavera is the Director of the Health Information Management Department at the Casa Colina Health System. With over six years at Casa Colina, and 15 years of healthcare experience, Jose brings a unique and comprehensive background to his department. He joined the IAHIA board in 2020 and is now the administrator of the enterprise document management system for the Casa Colina Health System.
