Achieving a paperless office is a goal of many businesses, and at Provident Title Company, it became a necessity. The 100-employee title insurance company, which handles enough closings to fill five file boxes a day full of documents out of its Beverly Hills, CA and Glendale, CA offices, took a pragmatic approach. It wanted to start with the boxes full of current documents. Provident Title intended to start scanning as quickly as it could and at least keep up with new documents as the company grows exponentially.
