This error displays if Dragon can't interpret an audio file that you selected.

Technical requirements for audio files
| Supported audio file formats | .wav, .mp3, .wma, .dss, .ds2, and .m4a |
| Minimum audio file sampling rate | 16.000 kHz |
Media player
To test the file, try playing it through a media player application.
