Options dialog box—Hot keys

Say "Switch to DragonBar", then "Settings", then "Options", then "Hot keys"
Use the Hot keys page to change or remove hot key assignments. Changing these options affects only the current user profile.
Hot key | Description |

Microphone on/off |
Turns Dragon's microphone on and off. |
Correction |
Opens the Correction menu. Note: You cannot open the Correction menu using a hot key when you are working in Web applications. |
Force command recognition |
Forces Dragon to recognize words as commands rather than dictation. |
Force dictation recognition |
Forces Dragon to recognize words as dictation rather than commands. |
DragonBar |
When the DragonBar is minimized in Tray Icon mode, maximizes the DragonBar to its regular size. When the DragonBar is maximized, minimizes the DragonBar to your system tray. |
Microphone sleep/on |
Puts Dragon's microphone to sleep and wakes it up. |
Press-to-talk |
Allows you to talk to Dragon while you hold down the key. Dragon stops listening when you release the key. |
DictationBox |
Opens the Dictation Box. |
Playback |
Plays back dictation. |
Fast-forward |
Fast-forwards playback. |
Rewind |
Rewinds playback. |
Next Field |
Selects the next variable field in an Text and Graphics. |
Transfer Text |
Transfers text from the Unanchored Dictation Box to the application. |
Hide Dictation Box |
Hides the Dictation Box. |
Cancel Recognition |
Cancel recognition When pressed, acts as a hot key that halts dictation recognition processing that is in progress. Useful when unexpected noises interfere with dictation, like background noise, a telephone call, or a sneeze. |
