Creating Text and Graphics commands

Use Text and Graphics commands for content you re-use frequently in your documents. They save time and effort, and reduce errors.

 

Procedures

To create a more complex Text and Graphics command:

  1. From the DragonBar, select Tools>Command Center>Add New Command.

    The Text and Graphics Editor dialog appears.

  2. Specify field information.

  3. Click Save.
