Creating Roaming user profiles

When you enable the Roaming feature, users can open only Roaming user profiles, unless you select the Allow non-Roaming User Profiles to be opened option on the Administrative Settings dialog box—Roaming tab.

The New User Profile wizard leads you through tasks to establish a profile that's ready for use with Dragon.
