If you have a Dragon Professional Individual or Dragon Legal Individual subscription, use the Subscription Information page to manage your subscription or update your subscription login and password. This page is available only if you installed Dragon using a subscription serial number.

Troubleshooting
Issue | Procedure |

Subscription expired |
Click the Click here link to renew your subscription. Nuance renews your subscription automatically each subscription period unless you cancel. If your subscription expired, there may be a problem with your payment method. You cannot use Dragon until you renew your subscription. |

Click the Click here link to return to the Nuance web site and view your subscription renewal date. Nuance renews your subscription automatically each month unless you cancel. |
Connection issues |
Dragon also provides on-screen guidance when a connection issue occurs. If Dragon cannot verify your subscription status due to a connection issue, Dragon allows you to log in and use the product for up to 30 days. |
