About User Experience Collection

You can make your Dragon experience count by turning on this optional feature, allowing Nuance to collect Google Analytics metrics from your software use.

Our researchers analyze the collection from all participants to identify patterns, such as the applications, menus, and command sequences that are most used, and how they are used. This allows us to prioritize features and improve the accuracy, performance, and usability of future Dragon releases, and also leads to improved technical support and Help.

You can opt in or out of User Experience Collection when you create your user profile, or at any time later on the Options dialog box—Data page, where you can also delete the data collected. The option is disabled by default.

If you are using a Dragon edition where Nuance Management Center/NMS mode is enabled, this page is unavailable in the Dragon client. Your Dragon administrator manages this setting in the NMC console.

No personal information is ever sent to Nuance. Participation is completely voluntary.
