Depot Repair Service Request

Recognizing that rapid growth in laptop and hand-held technology has created a significant need for service and warranty support to a new breed of mobile professionals, Nuance responded with its Depot Repair capabilities. We offer a single source mail-in Depot Center solution repairing, refurbishing, and remanufacturing many types of equipment in our state-of-the-art facility.

Our Depot services include A+ and Microsoft® certified technicians. Our 130,000 square foot high-tech facility provides the platform for uncompromising quality. Customers with a Maintenance Service Agreement can expect a turnaround time of 2 to 5 business days; while customers repairing their equipment for a flat rate charge can expect a turnaround time of 5 to 10 business days.

This Depot Repair Service Request is available only for United States and Canadian Customers, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time. If a request comes in after these hours it will be processed the next business day.  All service requests received during normal business hours will be processed promptly.
