Correcting your dictation
There may be multiple instances of words and phrases that you correct. Numbers appear next to each instance. Dragon allows you to perform an action on a single instance, or on all instances. For more information, see Working with multiple text matches.
If Dragon consistently misrecognizes words or phrases, consider training Dragon. For more information, see Training Dragon.
Tutorial: How can I correct my mistakes?
To correct the last text you dictated:Say "Correct That". The Correction menu opens. Correct commands open the Spelling window rather than the Correction menu if you selected the "Correct" commands bring up Spelling Window option on the Options dialog box—Correction tab |
To delete the last text you dictated:Say "Scratch That" or "Delete That" or "Undo that". |
To correct a word or phrase:Say "Correct <text>". The Correction menu opens. |
To correct a range of text:Say one of the following:

To select and correct text:Say one of the following:

The Correction menu opens. Select commands open the Correction menu only if you selected the "Select" commands bring up Correction menu option on the Options dialog box—Correction tab. |
To correct your dictation using Playback:
