Export Custom Words window

Use this window to create a text file containing a list of custom words for reuse in other user profiles. Custom Words are words you have added to your Dragon vocabulary.

The list of words can then be shared among Dragon user profiles using the import procedure provided below.

If you export the word list in XML format, any word properties you have defined for custom words are included.

To export a list of custom words or phrases

1. From the DragonBar, select Vocabulary>Export custom word and phrase list.

   The Export Custom Words dialog box opens.

2. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file.
3. Say or type a name.
4. Select the export file format. The options are .XML or .TXT. To export words with word properties, select the XML format.
5. Say or click Save.
