Menus, auto-collapse, and handle

By default, the DragonBar is collapsed at the top of the screen, in the center.

When you interact with it, it reveals its menus.

Try this now:

Move your mouse over the DragonBar and see the expansion.

Then move your mouse away. The DragonBar auto-collapses.
