Add Word or Phrase dialog box
Use this dialog box to add a word or phrase to your Vocabulary.
To open the Add Individual Word dialog box:
Do one of the following from the DragonBar:
- Select Vocabulary>Add new word or phrase.
- Select Vocabulary>Open Vocabulary Editor, and then click Add.

| Spell or type the word(s) to add to the Vocabulary | Specify the word or phrase. You can type the word or spell it by voice. |
| Spoken form (if different) |
Specifies the spoken form of the word or phrase if it is different from the written form in the previous field. For example, Dragon can type "MB" when you dictate the word "megabyte". To do so, enter megabyte in this field and MB in the previous field. If there is no spoken form, leave this field blank. |
| I want to train the pronunciation of this word or phrase |
Select to train Dragon on the pronunciation. |
| Add |
Click to add your word or phrase. If unavailable, your word or phrase is already in Dragon's vocabulary. |
