About user profiles
About | A user profile is a set of files that Dragon uses to process what you say. Your user profile stores information, like the type of microphone you use, custom words, and vocabularies. |

Language requirements |
You can create user profiles in different languages. You must have selected those languages during the Dragon installation. You can install the languages later from the Dragon installation CD or setup.exe file. Each user profile can have only one assigned language. To use multiple languages, you must create multiple user profiles. |
Disk space requirements | Each user profile requires about 277 MB of hard disk space. |

Backups | User profiles store important data. To avoid loss or corruption, back up your user profile manually or automatically. Automatic user profile backups occur every fifth time you save your profile by default. You can configure automatic backup frequency on the Data tab of the Options dialog box. |
Accuracy tuning |
From the DragonBar, select Audio>Launch Accuracy Tuning. For more information, see About Accuracy Tuning. You can also schedule Accuracy Tuning to run at a convenient time. For more information, see Scheduling Accuracy Tuning in Administrative Settings |
