Working with Microsoft Word Online

To select from the Microsoft Services menu ():

1. Say "Click Image".

2. Say "Choose <number>" to choose the number that appears next to the Microsoft Services menu.

   The menu opens.

3. Say "Click <menu item>" to select the appropriate menu item, like Calendar.

   The page opens.

You must have installed the Dragon Web Extension to use these commands. For more information, see Installing and enabling the Dragon Web Extension.

To dictate in Word Online:

Use the basic dictation instructions. For more information, see Dictation basics.

Full Text Control is not available in Word Online. You can dictate without Full Text Control, or use the Dictation Box instead. For more information, see About Full Text Control and Using the Dictation Box.

To format text:

Select the options on the Home menu. Use the instructions to select from the Word Online ribbon in the next section.
