Working with Web mail

Use these commands for basic operations using most Web mail applications, like Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook.com.

These procedures assume that you have installed and enabled the Dragon Web Extension for your browser. If you have not installed the extension, you might need to use the Dictation Box to dictate in email fields. You'll also need to click email controls, like buttons, using your mouse and keyboard. For information on installing and enabling the Dragon Web Extension, see Installing and enabling the Dragon Web Extension

To help Dragon recognize your dictated contact names and email addresses, consider running the Learn from sent emails tool to import them into your vocabulary. For more information, see Learn from sent e-mails.
