As part of this evolution to improve performance and security and provide better user experiences, we are shifting to Dragon Medical One, Nuance's cloud‑based speech recognition solution. Dragon Medical One offers significant benefits over locally installed speech recognition, including an enhanced user experience when capturing the patient story. Seamlessly move between different devices with all your personalization readily available, and with PowerMic Mobile, use your smartphone as a convenient, wireless mic.
As a result of the shift to Dragon Medical One, Dragon Medical Network Edition (DMNE) is no longer sold or supported as of December 31, 2023.

The end of maintenance and support means that Nuance will not prevent or resolve any security issues that may arise for DMNE. If you choose to continue to use DMNE without support, you do so at your own risk; Nuance will not be responsible for any security incidents, breaches, or other security failures.
